Shipping Policy
This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery estimates, and responsibilities regarding your order.
1. Processing Time
* Orders placed are typically processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
* Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 4:00 PM EST] on a Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing the next business day.
* Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time.
2. Order Tracking and Responsibility
* Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
* Lost or Stolen Packages (Risk of Loss):
* D&P's Secret Closet is ONLY responsible for delivering your order to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx). The moment the package is tendered to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
* We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are not received by the customer (stolen packages). Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
* If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing necessary order details.
* Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
